Alan Wintersgill, FCA Managing Partner

Alan qualified with Isles Verity in 1974 and moved to Price Waterhouse in Leeds before spending nine years in industry.  He established Wintersgill & Co in 1986 and merged with Milnes Naylor to acquire Isles Verity in 1992, creating Naylor Wintersgill.

Alan specialises in all areas of corporate finance and accountancy, including company takeovers, MBIs and MBOs, and obtaining finance, as well as advising owner managed businesses.
