Howard qualified in 1970 with R S Dawson before spending ten years in industry.  He joined Naylor Wintersgill in 2001, having been in practice in Bradford for 20 years.

Howard advises owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organisations in all aspects of accounting.  He specialises in VAT matters with specific reference to property issues.
