What we offer

As our number one asset, we feel it’s important our teams feel well rewarded. Once you join our team you can expect to receive:

A market rate salary – we regularly review local market rates to ensure we stay competitive.

Holiday – it’s important everyone takes a break now and then and that’s why we offer a generous annual leave package.

Pension Scheme – we offer a contributory personal pension scheme to all eligible employees with current employee and employer contributions set at 2% of basic salary (set to rise to 3% from October 2017).

Life assurance – after three months employment you’ll receive life assurance cover to the value of four times your annual basic salary.

Study support – as a training centre we encourage all employees to take part in as much learning as possible, whether that be on internal training courses or through formal qualifications.

Flexible working – we offer a range of flexible working arrangements including part time and term time working.

Colleague of the year – a chance for you to nominate a fellow team member who’s gone above and beyond throughout the year (the winner is then chosen by a panel of independent judges and announced at our annual Christmas event).

Additional benefits – we have schemes in place to allow our teams to get discounts on things like phone insurance, meals out and health cover.

As well as all this, we have a strong focus on communication and our quarterly staff briefings focus on the progression of the firm against our strategic plan, our vision for the future and developments in new products and initiatives. We also prioritise time in these sessions for our teams to give their feedback and comments on a variety of different subjects via an open forum.

Our bi-monthly staff update emails also help to promote and publicise our employee’s professional and personal achievements and fundraising opportunities. Take a look at our Giving Back page to see what we got up to last year and what we’ll be doing in 2017 to support our local community.

Naylor Wintersgill were delighted to be ‘highly commended’ in the Job Creator of the Year category at the Telegraph & Argus Bradford Means Business Awards 2016.
