Budget 2021 Online Briefing – Friday 5th March 2021 at 10.30am

Following the postponement of the planned second Budget in the Autumn last year, it has now been confirmed that Rishi Sunak will be delivering the long-awaited 2021 Budget on Wednesday 3rd March.

In his speech, the Chancellor is expected to outline the next phase of the plan to tackle the virus and protect jobs, providing more information on the economic support available.

As these challenging times continue during the coronavirus pandemic alongside a new post-Brexit era following the end of the transition period, we can expect that there will be a number of updates in various areas of taxation included in the Budget announcement.

Naylor Wintersgill tax director Chris Gumbley will not only help you make sense of the Chancellor’s speech but will also outline how the changes may affect you, your business and your customers.
