As well as all this, we have a strong focus on communication and our quarterly staff briefings focus on the progression of the firm against our strategic plan, our vision for the future and developments in new products and initiatives. We also prioritise time in these sessions for our teams to give their feedback and comments on a variety of different subjects via an open forum.
